Tashia Jithoo

Tashia assists Lighthouse Law with its learning and training programs through the Lighthouse Academy, as well as some of its client engagement initiatives.

 

Tashia believes that an organisational culture of curiosity, learning, adaptability and continuous innovation are key to success and growth

 

Having occupied various positions and roles in the legal industry throughout her career, Tashia has developed a keen interest in business and strategy development in the legal industry and enjoys being able to apply her experience to help strengthen legal business and client engagement. She is also a specialist pensions lawyer having co-authored the textbook 'The Pension Funds Act: A Commentary' She is an independent trustee of several retirement funds and a leading beneficiary fund, and also provides pension law training to trustees and others.

Tashia has been listed in “Who’s Who Legal: Pension and Benefits” and been named as a “Best Lawyer” by Best Lawyer Global for SA in the category of Benefits.
