Stefan uses his experience to help our clients develop the best contractual commercial models

He has worked across major transactions in the ICT, media, travel, logistics and financial industries, including:

• a multinational telecommunications and network outsourcing deal,

• the procurement of multi-vendor outsourced fibre services,

• and the procurement of technology vendors resulting from the divestment of global companies across the UK, Europe and Africa.

Stefan recently led a major contractual management project for one of the biggest investments banks in Africa.  This project involved large-scale due diligence and the associated remediation actions for software and development supplier.

Stefan has also managed large multinational matters, including advising on:

• the negotiation of a Europe-wide digital advertising deal,

• a Health, Safety and Security Audit Services RFP negotiation and execution across multiple vendors

• the procurement of large volumes of digital content production for retail websites.

Stefan supports Lighthouse Law by contributing to the development and management of internal training programmes, template development and know-how projects. He enjoys taking part in corporate social responsibility events and furthering the causes of human and animal welfare organisations.
