Dylan Jefferys

Dylan is a corporate and commercial lawyer with experience in corporate and commercial law, M&A, intellectual property law and dispute resolution. His experience includes the drafting and review of various kinds of commercial agreements, M&A, including due diligence investigations, the corporate, commercial and transactional aspects of intellectual property, and cross-border commercial transactions.  

 

At Lighthouse Law, Dylan’s focus is on providing practical legal advice and assistance within the telecommunications, media and technology sectors

 

During his time as a corporate and commercial law associate, Dylan gained experience in the drafting and review of commercial agreements, against the backdrop of various regulatory considerations, and has provided advice to clients in respect of commercial transactions across a number of industry sectors, including technology, telecommunications, consumer goods and retail, financial services, manufacturing and transport.

In addition to his corporate and commercial law experience, Dylan also has expertise in intellectual property law, including IP commercialisation.

At the core of Dylan’s interest in commercial law is the belief that technology and innovation are two defining components of the modern commercial climate and, accordingly, he has developed a keen interest in IP-intensive transactions and technology, media and telecommunications (TMT). Dylan is committed to providing clients with practical and commercially minded advice in order to help them achieve their commercial goals.
