LightHub enables the contracting process from intake to contract generation, negotiation and execution. At the same time, it allows users to understand key terms through a dedicated knowledge repository and, importantly, the management of the contract beyond signature (such as renewal or expiry or notice periods).

It is a scalable and flexible solution to meet your needs, which means that any one element of LightHub can be added or removed. It can also link into existing technology which a legal or procurement team may already be using.

What is My Learned Friend?
Lighthouse Law has developed considerable depth in our team’s negotiating skills, having spent years across the table from thousands of suppliers, big and small, to negotiate the best possible contracts for our clients. We have consolidated the key substantive elements of our negotiation ‘know-how’ into one easy to use site that is both easily accessible and easy to understand.
How It Works
My Learned Friend contains a wealth of information for those involved in contract negotiations, whether you are a lawyer or simply engaged in the procurement process.
It also contains a clause database which includes sample clauses suitable for different types of deals. These are also useful for purposes of drafting templates or when determining strategic fall back positions. My Learned Friend can also be used as a training tool, to upskill new joiners and to encourage independence within your team.
