Resourcing

We are able to help flex the capacity of client teams quickly and easily. Clients have used our resourcing options in a variety of circumstances, including while recruiting, during maternity leave and sabbaticals, and to help out with spikes in activity. Resourcing can be tailored to clients’ needs, including full or part-time options, a blend of onsite and offsite support, and can work in conjunction with our Managed Legal Service.

Some examples of how we have supported our clients’ resourcing needs:

  • Covering a senior vacant role that was subject to a hiring freeze during lockdown for a major European broadcaster and for over 12 months

  • Maternity leave cover for a major SA bank on a number of occasions including for a period of eight months while two members of the client’s team were on maternity leave

  • On-site support to multinational travel company for six months, during an employee sabbatical

  • Remote support to multinational media client for four months, during a client recruitment process

  • On-site support to major SA online retailer to help clear a backlog of commercial contracts
