Alecia has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, insolvency and restructuring, and has provided legal advisory services to local and multi-national corporations in a variety of sectors. She was responsible for large-scale commercial contract review mandates, as well as for cross-border legal due diligence investigations. She has also advised on international arbitrations and disputes.
