Tshilidzi Rambuwani

Tshilidzi joined the Lighthouse Academy in 2022. She was raised in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo, where she matriculated from Louis Trichardt Hoerskool. She completed her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of the Free State in 2020; thereafter, a Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law at Stellenbosch University in 2021.

During her undergraduate studies she was a tutor and a volunteer at the UFS Career Development Office. From 2021 to August 2022, Tshilidzi was a legal research assistant at the Law Trust Chair in Social Justice, Stellenbosch University where is she assisted in monitoring several legislative pieces such as the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, conducting Expert Roundtable and report writing.  

Tshilidzi has a keen interest in the interplay between commerce and law, particularly where it relates to commercial transactions, Intellectual Property and the informal economy.

Tshilidzi is excited to join the Lighthouse law, developing and honing her skills while gaining knowledge and experience on commercial law at the Academy. In her spare time, Tshilidzi enjoys reading African fiction, hiking and learning new languages.
