Justin Cornish

Justin is the CEO of Lighthouse Law. He advises on transactions in the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Africa and has extensive experience of acting for both corporates and financial institutions in the procurement of outsourced services and technology.

 

Justin is our CEO and a ranked lawyer in Chambers & Partners. He is also recognised in the Legal 500 which praises his ability to “anticipate client needs”

 

Justin provides strategic advice and leads in the execution of complex procurement and contracting processes using Lighthouse Law’s innovative approaches to executing transactions. Justin also leads teams providing Lighthouse Law’s managed legal service to clients in both the UK and South Africa.

Justin is a ranked lawyer in Chambers & Partners which in 2020 described him as “an experienced lawyer with extensive activity on technology and outsourcing transactions” and a “strong client roster of financial institutions and corporates and who also attracts further recognition for his data protection knowledge.” Chambers noted in Justin’s 2021 ranking that he was praised by clients as being “a good leader who is very knowledgeable around contractual law and lands his message clearly and concisely on all stakeholder levels”.
